aub8 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

1. Introduction

Welcome to aub8. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and aub8 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the aub8 website at aub8.org, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and related services offered therein.

By registering an account with aub8, logging in to an existing account, or otherwise using any part of the aub8 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

3. Eligibility

To register and use the aub8 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. aub8 operates a strict 21+ policy and does not permit access by minors under any circumstances.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and not be under any legal disability that prevents such capacity.
• Online gambling must not be prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located or resident. It is your sole responsibility to check this before registering.
• You must not hold more than one account on aub8. Where duplicate accounts are identified, aub8 reserves the right to close all but one account and to void any associated activity or balances.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the point of registration and must promptly update such information if it changes.

aub8 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) checks at any point, including before processing any withdrawal. Players who fail to complete KYC checks satisfactorily may have their account suspended and funds held pending verification.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of aub8 services — including placing bets, depositing funds, and claiming bonuses — you must register an account. Registration is free. During registration, you will be required to provide a valid mobile number or username and a password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must not share your aub8 account credentials with any third party. aub8 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other channel. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. The following account practices are strictly prohibited:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Allowing another person to use or operate your account on your behalf.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during or after registration.
• Attempting to access another player's account or using another player's payment method.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

aub8 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposit transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. aub8 does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which aub8 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. aub8 processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible; processing times vary depending on the payment method selected and may be subject to additional verification checks. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically feasible, as an anti-money-laundering measure.

aub8 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, aub8 may freeze the relevant account and retain funds pending further investigation or the conclusion of applicable legal proceedings.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

aub8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside the relevant promotion. General rules that apply across all aub8 promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are awarded to verified accounts only. Players who have not completed KYC verification are not eligible to claim or withdraw bonus funds.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may only be used once per player per promotion. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times — including through the use of duplicate accounts — is prohibited.
• aub8 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. This includes the right to void bonus credits and any associated winnings where a breach of promotional terms is identified.

Free spins, where offered, are credited to specific slot titles and must be used within the time frame specified. Winnings from free spins may be subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aub8 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and, where applicable, referral to the relevant legal authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with aub8 games, betting markets, or any other part of the platform.
• Exploiting any error, bug, or software malfunction in the platform's systems to obtain an unfair advantage over other players or over aub8 itself.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or using aub8 for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event.
• Accessing or attempting to access the aub8 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law.

aub8 employs a range of technical and procedural controls to detect prohibited activities. Where such activity is identified, aub8 may act without prior notification to the account holder.

8. Responsible Gaming

aub8 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and to supporting players who may experience difficulties related to gambling. All content on the aub8 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, text, software, and game assets — is the property of aub8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, or distribute any content from the aub8 platform without the prior written consent of aub8. Unauthorised use of aub8 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or injunctive relief.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aub8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of winnings, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses, even if aub8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

aub8 does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occasionally result in service interruptions. aub8 accepts no liability for losses arising from such interruptions, provided that we have taken reasonable steps to minimise downtime and to notify players of planned maintenance where practicable.

11. Amendments to These Terms

aub8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, aub8 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered players — for example, by displaying a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the registered mobile number or email address associated with the account. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the aub8 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting our support team.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are drafted in the English language. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of aub8 shall be subject to good-faith negotiation in the first instance. aub8 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly. Players who are not satisfied with our internal resolution process may seek independent legal advice. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
